Our building has been run down with many Strata companies not doing much for us. In the year or more we have had Ben Cabello take the reins of our building it's coming back to life. We are now compliant with many things that weren't done before and the standard of our building is being lifted to where it was once before. Financially we are in a better position and works are being paid for without owners pitching in. Ben from Strata Embassy was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting me with all of my questions regarding an apartment we are selling that he manages. Working in the real estate sales industry I deal with a lot of different strata managers/companies which can be a difficult process - but not with Ben. Not only did he respond to all of my questions in detail and accuracy but he also responded less than 10 minutes after I first made contact via email when at times other companies have taken 10 days to respond. By far the best experience I have had with a strata company manager and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Ben and the team are fantastic - they deliver great advice and critically get the job done promptly. Owning a unit can be stressful when things don't get done, which isn't great as an owner or investor looking after tenants. We had this with a previous managing agent and the difference now is chalk and cheese. Stuff just gets done, we highly recommend Strata Embassy. I'm a tough nut to crack when it comes to Strata Managers, I have quite a few properties in Strata buildings and have worked with good managers and bad ones! Ben and the team at Strata Embassy are excellent. Ben is extremely knowledgable on all things legal, and is right up to date with the latest strata laws.
